How EchoLaser® Can Benefit you
EchoLaser thermal ablation is a micro-invasive procedure that uses laser light transmitted by optical fibres to cause heating of the targeted tissue, without the need to use more invasive treatment methods to remove the tissue. Thanks to the use of fine needles and optical fibres, EchoLaser offers safety and effectiveness, shorter treatment times, and faster recovery times.
Treatment methods
SoracteLite is a micro-invasive ultrasound-guided Laser heat treatment, for urological disorders (in particular Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Prostate Cancer, and Kidney Cancer) using the EchoLaser system. With just one SoracteLite session it is possible to obtain a significant and persistent reduction of the prostate gland volume and an improvement of localised symptoms, without changing the prostate’s physiology.
ModiLite is a micro-invasive ultrasound-guided Laser heat treatment, for neck lesions, using the EchoLaser system. A single ModìLite treatment leads to a significant and persistent reduction in the volume of the thyroid nodule and improves local symptoms without any changes to the thyroid function.
PBLite is a micro-invasive ultrasound-guided Laser Ablation treatment, for malignant abdominal tumours (in particular primary and secondary liver cancers) using the EchoLaser system. With just one PBLite session it is possible to treat liver lesions with diameters of up to 5cm. The localized thermal effect of PBLite makes it a valid and effective treatment option for liver lesions close to structures at risk.
AgathaLite is a micro-invasive ultrasound-guided Laser heat treatment, indicated for lesions in gynecology and senology field (i.e. breast cancers, breast fibroadenomas, uterine fibroids)
This treatment is not available yet. However, clinical trials, studies, and publications are coming soon.

Contraindications: Not suitable for the treatment of lesion areas that cannot be visualised by imaging equipment. Oral anti-coagulants and or antiplatelet medication should be suspended prior to treatment.
